Released on January 30, 2007, Windows Vista is Microsoft’s latest operating system. The primary objective for Vista was to improve upon the security in the Windows operating system and the susceptibility to malware, viruses and buffer overflows.
Due to the hardware requirements and learning curve many business have elected not to upgrade from Windows XP to Windows Vista.
